Job Opportunity & Work Referral Eligibility Policy

At Estitch Mastery, our primary objective is to provide professional embroidery digitizing education, industry guidance, and practical skill development. While we may occasionally share job opportunities, client referrals, freelance leads, project opportunities, or employment recommendations with selected students, these opportunities are not guaranteed and remain subject to the conditions outlined below.

Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear eligibility requirements for students who wish to be considered for potential work opportunities, client referrals, freelance projects, employment recommendations, or industry connections provided by Estitch Mastery.

No Guaranteed Employment Policy

Enrollment in any Estitch Mastery course does not guarantee employment, freelancing success, project allocation, client referrals, internships, job placements, contracts, or income opportunities.

The course fee covers educational content, mentorship, support, and learning resources only. No portion of the fee constitutes payment for employment services, recruitment services, job placement services, or guaranteed client acquisition.

Eligibility Requirements

To become eligible for consideration under this policy, a student must satisfy all of the following conditions:

The student must be officially enrolled in an Estitch Mastery course.

The student must remain an active student in good standing.

The student must have completed a minimum of six consecutive months as a student of Estitch Mastery.

The student must have completed the course curriculum and demonstrated practical understanding of the concepts taught.

The student must maintain professional communication and conduct at all times.

The student must not have violated any course policies, community guidelines, intellectual property rules, or support policies.

The student must possess the technical skills required to perform real-world embroidery digitizing work independently without excessive supervision.

Skill Assessment Requirement

Before any student can be considered for job referrals, freelance opportunities, client projects, or work recommendations, they must successfully pass Estitch Mastery's internal skill assessment process.

The assessment process may include:

Practical digitizing tests

Real project simulations

Portfolio reviews

Technical interviews

Quality evaluations

Production workflow assessments

Deadline management evaluations

Communication assessments

Estitch Mastery reserves the right to determine the structure, format, duration, and evaluation criteria of any assessment.

Two-Attempt Evaluation Rule

Eligible students will be provided with a maximum of two assessment attempts.

If the student successfully passes either one of the two attempts, they may become eligible for consideration under this policy.

If the student fails both assessment attempts, they shall immediately become ineligible for any work referral, client recommendation, freelance opportunity, job recommendation, or placement-related consideration under this policy.

The decision of the evaluators shall be final and binding.

Quality Standards Requirement

Passing an assessment alone does not guarantee eligibility for work opportunities.

Students must consistently demonstrate:

Professional-quality digitizing

Clean stitch paths

Efficient production methods

Proper underlay knowledge

Correct compensation settings

Industry-standard file preparation

Professional communication

Reliable work ethics

Timely task completion

Ability to follow client instructions

Estitch Mastery reserves the right to remove eligibility if quality standards decline at any time.

Opportunity Availability

Work opportunities, referrals, projects, freelance leads, and employment recommendations depend entirely upon market demand, client requirements, business conditions, and opportunity availability.

Estitch Mastery does not guarantee that opportunities will always be available.

Students may remain eligible yet never receive a referral if no suitable opportunities exist.

Client Selection Rights

Clients, companies, factories, agencies, brands, and businesses maintain complete freedom to select, reject, approve, interview, or discontinue working with any student.

Estitch Mastery has no authority over the final hiring decisions made by third parties.

A referral from Estitch Mastery does not guarantee acceptance by any employer or client.

Performance Monitoring

Students who receive referrals may be continuously monitored based on:

Work quality

Professional behavior

Client satisfaction

Communication skills

Deadline compliance

Reliability

Ethical conduct

Repeated complaints, poor performance, misconduct, dishonesty, unprofessional behavior, or quality issues may result in immediate removal from the eligibility program.

No Income Guarantee

Estitch Mastery makes no guarantee regarding:

Income levels

Monthly earnings

Project volume

Client retention

Freelancing success

Employment duration

Business growth

Financial results

All results depend upon individual skill, effort, market conditions, client relationships, communication ability, professionalism, and work quality.

Right to Refuse Referrals

Estitch Mastery reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, remove, limit, or deny any student's participation in this policy at any time without explanation.

Eligibility does not create a contractual right to receive referrals, projects, jobs, or opportunities.

Program Modification Rights

Estitch Mastery may modify, suspend, replace, discontinue, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility requirements, testing procedures, assessment criteria, opportunity structures, and referral processes may be updated whenever deemed necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Estitch Mastery shall not be liable for any losses, damages, missed opportunities, employment rejections, client disputes, project cancellations, payment issues, account suspensions, business losses, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in this policy.

Final Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any Estitch Mastery course, students acknowledge that job referrals, client recommendations, freelance opportunities, and work-related assistance are discretionary benefits that may be offered to selected eligible students only. These benefits are not guaranteed, are subject to qualification requirements, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Estitch Mastery.

Skill Assessment & Qualification Criteria

Before any student can be considered for job referrals, freelance opportunities, client projects, work recommendations, or employment-related assistance, they must successfully complete Estitch Mastery's internal skill assessment process.

The assessment is designed to evaluate whether the student can independently perform the techniques and workflows taught inside the course curriculum.

The test will only include practical tasks, techniques, tools, and design types that are already covered within the Estitch Mastery course. Students will never be tested on topics, methods, or techniques that have not been taught during the training program.

During the assessment, students may be assigned multiple digitizing tasks representing different techniques taught throughout the course. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, object creation, stitch types, travel paths, fills, effects, production workflows, sketch digitizing, machine file preparation, and other techniques covered in the curriculum.

To qualify, the student must successfully demonstrate competency in at least eighty percent (80%) of the assigned tasks and techniques. Failure to achieve the minimum 80% passing score will be considered a failed attempt.

The purpose of the assessment is not to test advanced industry knowledge beyond the course, but to verify that the student has properly understood and can practically apply the skills taught inside the Estitch Mastery training program.

Eligible students will be granted a maximum of two assessment attempts.

If the student successfully achieves the required passing score in either of the two attempts, they may become eligible for consideration under the Job Opportunity & Work Referral Program.

If the student fails to achieve the required passing score in both attempts, they will be deemed ineligible for job referrals, work opportunities, client recommendations, freelance assistance, or employment-related benefits offered under this policy.

All assessments will be reviewed according to Estitch Mastery's internal quality standards. The final evaluation, scoring, and qualification decision shall remain solely at the discretion of Estitch Mastery, and all decisions shall be considered final and binding.

Passing the assessment only establishes eligibility for consideration. It does not guarantee employment, freelancing success, project allocation, client referrals, work assignments, or income opportunities.
